The Medicine Wheel its a method of enquiry, investigation, integration and healing that exists at the base of many indigenous people around the world. I learned this Medicine Wheel methodology from an indigenous grandmother from Mexico, so its the Mexhica map that we will work on this session. We travel through each of the directions with its guardians and retrieve information that helps to integrate diferent aspects of the subconscious and parts of the self. I combine this map with different tools such as hypnotherapy, journeying, some part of family constellations and other modalities i work with , tailoring the session according to the needs and what aspect that you will like to work on.
